Follow these steps firstFor Android Users - Make sure you’ve downloaded the Boost Config app to ensure your network settings are up to date.
Making or receiving callsMake sure you’ve done the general troubleshooting steps above before continuing with any of the steps below.
For iPhone Users - After searching, click "reset" and then "reset network settings" in the list of options that appear.
Trouble Sending or Receiving TextsMake sure you’ve done the general troubleshooting steps at the top of this page before continuing with any of the steps below.
On Android If you’re using a third party messaging app, try using the native messaging app. If this resolves the issue, reach out to the developers for help with the third party app.
On iPhone If you’re using iMessage (the message bubble is blue), press and hold the bubble and try resending the message.
